National Sales Manager – Manned Security

Frontline Security 24/7 Ltd is actively seeking a Sales Manager to enhance our team and elevate our flourishing enterprise to greater heights. We are in search of an individual brimming with enthusiasm and the ambition to contribute to our team’s success by attracting new clientele to our business.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Sales Manager with experience in the Manned Security sector or related fields. While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be highly beneficial:

  • A proven, impressive track record of securing significant contracts within the Manned Security Services Sector.
  • Expertise in preparing and executing tenders for new business ventures.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating new contracts, including the composition and structuring of contract documents.
  • Skill in managing and performing cost analyses, developing cost models, scrutinising both current and prospective supply chain expenses to identify and present cost-effective business proposals to the Company Directors. This includes cost evaluation of potential business initiatives.
  • Participation in tender site visits, client consultations, and interview submissions, along with the preparation and presentation of proposals and tender documents to potential clients.
  • A proven “Can Do” attitude towards Business Development, with a fervent aspiration to excel at the highest level.

You should be a motivated and driven individual, embodying a total “Can Do” spirit with regard to securing business and uncovering new opportunities. Your background will include success in sales, and you’ll be eager to leverage your acquired skills and experience to ascend to new professional heights.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing meetings effectively.
  • A solid understanding of market dynamics with the knack for pinpointing opportunities through Business Intelligence.
  • Financial savvy, with a demonstrated capability of winning business.
  • Competent IT skills, including familiarity with common MS Office applications.
  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships at all hierarchical levels.

During the interview process, candidates will be expected to conduct a 30-minute presentation detailing their sales history, industry insights, and a five-point strategy for identifying and securing new business.

The salary for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and proven ability in generating new business within the industry.
