“I was so grateful for his help”

A kind security guard went out of his way to help a new mum in the pouring rain in a heartwarming act of kindness.

Posting in an Ellesmere Port community Facebook page, the mum said she was shopping in B&M.

She said she was feeling slightly nervous about the trip because she was out shopping with her new baby, who was born prematurely.

While out, she said she felt flustered and said her bag snapped.

Despite this, the security guard working at one of Merseyside’s B&M stores came to her aid.

She wrote: “A few weeks ago I was in B&M when I became quite flustered.

“[He] speaks and treats you with nothing but respect – a credit to his job.”
